You retain rights to content you submit, while granting us a license to process it to operate, improve, and secure the service. Only upload materials for which you have the necessary rights.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee specific detection outcomes or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the service over the prior 12 months, with no consequential or punitive damages.
